ECHO HILLS MEN'S CLUB
2009 SEASON
Dear Member,
Listed below is a calendar of events for this season. Please mark the dates on your calendar.
**** Regular Men's Club play will be the same as last year: Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
April 4: Membership drive; bring a guest. Sign up at 9:30. Tee off at 10:00. Cookout afterwards.
June 13: Regular Play. Cookout afterwards - wives invited. Sign up by 8:30. Tee off at 9:00.
July 18: Regular Play. Cookout afterwards. Sign up by 8:30. Tee off at 9:00.
Oct 3&4: MEN'S CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP. All matches must be played on these two days. In case of ties, sudden death after Sunday's round. Cookout afterwards, Sunday.
Nov. 14: TURKEY SHOOT. Regular Play. Sign up by 9:30. Tee off at 10:00. Turkeys will be awarded to all participants. Cookout afterwards.
To establish a good handicap for this season, we ask that you please pay your membership dues by APRIL 1. After April 1, anyone not having a membership will not be allowed to participate in any Men's Club events, unless you are playing as a guest of a paid member.
Team captains will be responsible for totaling and turning in cards immediately following all events. If cards are not totaled, no money will be paid and no handicaps will be figured. Totaling cards will help the committee figure the results much more quickly.
The tournament committee asks that you all help by not taking cards from the tables until all teams have been selected and drawn.
Welcome back to all previous members, and a SPECIAL welcome to our new members. We have the best and biggest Men's Club in the city.
The GHIN system will be available as an option for your handicap. The cost is $17.00 per year and is in addition to the Men’s Club dues.
